Unfortunately, a growing number of clients in my practice present burnout symptoms or are at risk often due to lack of tools in advance.

To avoid burnout, it's important to prioritize self-care and set realistic goals and boundaries in both personal and professional life. This can include practicing mindfulness, taking regular breaks throughout the day, and seeking support from friends or a mental health professional. 

Other strategies for reducing burnout include finding purpose and meaning in one's work, building a supportive network of colleagues and mentors, and engaging in activities outside of work that bring joy and fulfillment.


Ultimately, preventing burnout requires a holistic approach to well-being that prioritizes self-awareness, self-care, and a healthy work-life balance. By taking proactive steps to manage stress and prioritize personal well-being, professionals can radically increase their vitality and reduce the effects of burnout.
